Happy Easter

We've had a great day! Our tummies are full as well as our hearts! The girls were happy to see the treats from the Easter Bunny this morning! We were running late for our church, so we decided to just be on time for church in Murfreesboro. It's so awesome to sit on the pew with all my family! You can see below that Daddy Dick got to hold the baby!
After church, we went to Mom and Dad's for lunch. As always, it was a great meal! Sara brought baby Natalie and Nathan and Haley came over, too. Anna is dating Eddie- sweetheart! We love him! He is just so easy to be around! He and Anna are cute together! We hunted eggs, fed the cows, played, and visited! It's been a fun day!
So happy to serve a risen Savior today and everyday!

Jumping Around

Ansley had a birthday party today at Party Central. Addison and I took her, and the girls had a blast! I didn't see them much... They ran and played and I just had to follow them around. During cake and presents, Ansley was pretty attached to me! She wouldn't get into the group picture! Urgh!
When we got home, we built a fort and had a carpet picnic for lunch!

Grammy aka Easter Bunny

Grammy came Thursday to keep the girls on Friday since they were out for Good Friday. I would've stayed home but the last 3 weeks have been crazy and I needed to work!
Grammy brought Easter eggs to hunt. The girls enjoyed this Thursday afternoon!
Since Grammy was here, grant and I had date night! We went to Bonefish. As always, our dinner was awesome!
So thanks Grammy for the treats and the night out!

It's a Celebration!

Last night, we celebrated us staying in Benton with a long awaited sleepover! Addison has wanted to have someone spend the night for a long time, but it just hasn't worked out. We invited Heather and Kyle and their girls over for dinner and then Grace and Olivia spent the night. We enjoyed a fashion show and talent show, a movie, and some snacks! These girls are all so sweet and play well together! They also are sweet to Ansley and include her!

All Aboard!

On Thursday I had scheduled a house cleaning. I thought we would be in Waco and I wanted the house ready for weekend showings! So, the girls and I went to Hastings for breakfast then to Little Rock to eat at All Aboard! If you don't know, it's a cute little restaurant that has a little train that circles around above delivering your food. Addison and Ansley enjoyed it!

On to the Rainforest and then the Lodge

Tuesday we headed to Grapevine. We went to the mall and ate at the Rainforest Cafe. We shopped a little (I heard our news from Grant) and then we headed to Great Wolf Lodge! We had a blast! My girls did so good taking turns at the different areas. When Grant got there, he and Addison rode the bigger slides. Ansley didn't nap, so I got her to sleep early Tuesday night and mom stayed in the room with her letting the three of us enjoy the bigger slides together. On Wednesday, we got up and enjoyed the water park some more. Mom took Ansley for ice cream and we rode more!

Ansley helped herself to snack on the way to Grapevine.  She said, Mom I need a napkin!  Yes she did!

The girls thought the bunk beds in our room were so neat!

Addison is such a big girl now!  She was able to ride all the slides.  Before Grant got there, I only let her ride the smaller slides that didn't have long lines and I could see her the whole time!

On Wednesday morning, Ansley and I were the first ones up so we went to Starbucks
and then walking around. Great Wolf is an awesome place!

My big little girl on the slides!  Addison walked with her the first couple of times,
and then she started going by herself.  She would wait in line on her turn, and did so good listening to the lifeguards!

We headed back home Wednesday afternoon. I've never been so excited to come home! I was so glad there wasn't a for sale sign in the yard like we originally planned! Grant couldn't wait to sleep in his own bed! We love to travel, but there is no place like home... In Benton, AR!

Our Knight

Since Grant was in Waco, the girls and I left Saturday and drove to Waco. We were so happy to see him! it had been a week! We ate at Buzzard Bills the first night. The girls were able to feed ducks from the deck where we ate. On Sunday, we met my cousin Allison and her fiancé Allen for breakfast and church. We drove around looking at houses, then went back to the hotel. Grant swam with the girls while I did his laundry.
On Monday, we left daddy, our real Knight, to head to Dallas to meet Mom, Anna, and Kane to go to Medieval Times. Both Addison and Ansley loved it! They got into cheering for our Knight of the night. Ansley got upset though and said they were being mean!
We had a blast being together and watching the show!
Oh and Ansley said we were cheering for Jesus. The only reason why I could think of is they were calling the king lord! That funny girl!
Besides the fact that Grant was miserable, and we were praying for guidance, we were enjoying spring break!
